David Lim is a business leader with over twenty years in the advertising & digital agency space.

David started in MIS/IT rising quickly to Manager then Director of MIS. Along the way, he took on the roles of Director of Interactive Services and Head of Accounting & Finance before assuming the role of Vice President of Operations.

As Vice President of Operations, David oversaw day to day business back office operations leading back office teams and departments for principal and vertically integrated New York-based independent full-service advertising & digital agencies. He was an integral part of agency leadership working hand in hand with agency owners and principals for almost fifteen years.

David has been a trusted advisor to business owners, CEOs, principals, and partners providing insights and expertise in areas including business management, operations, administration, finance, technology, best practices, vertical integrations, and mergers & acquisitions.
