Intuit QuickBooks Desktop 2024 Pricing Changes

With the upcoming release of Intuit QuickBooks Desktop 2024, Intuit has announced pricing changes to the QuickBooks Desktop lineup.

• Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus & Mac Plus 2024 license subscriptions will start at $649/year (one user license); an increase of $100 from the current price of $549/year.

• Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus 2024 license subscriptions will start at $949/year (one user license); an increase of $150 from the current price of $799/year.

The pricing changes for Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus, Mac Plus, and Premier Plus will go into effect on or after October 3, 2023, for both new and existing US customers. Intuit will notify existing customers of the applicable pricing changes when their current subscriptions are up for renewal.

No word yet on whether Intuit QuickBooks Enterprise 24 license subscriptions will increase. QuickBooks Enterprise 23 license subscriptions currently start at $1,830/year (one user license, Gold subscription).

New Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus & Mac Plus license subscriptions are only available for purchase through Intuit Sales and QuickBooks Solutions Providers (QSPs). You will not be able to purchase new QuickBooks Desktop Pro Plus & Mac Plus license subscriptions directly through the Intuit website. QuickBooks Desktop Premier Plus and QuickBooks Enterprise license subscriptions should continue to be available for purchase through the Intuit website, Intuit Sales and QSPs.
