In a recent Intuit QuickBooks Firm of the Future Product Update, it was announced Intuit plans to stop selling new subscriptions of some Intuit QuickBooks Desktop products in the US after July 31, 2024.

There seems to be some misinformation regarding Intuit QuickBooks Desktop “going away” leading to unnecessary confusion. I’m not sure how or where this originated from but as far as I can tell, Intuit QuickBooks Desktop is NOT going away!

Intuit has announced QuickBooks Desktop Pro, Premier, and Enterprise 2022 (R3 or later) are certified as fully compatible with Windows 11 64-bit (natively installed). The key is R3 or later … you must make sure your version of QuickBooks Desktop 2022 is updated to R3 or later if it’s not already.
